When you think of espresso, you think of Italy. Yet many other regions of the globe have their preferences on how their espresso is roasted and prepared. Our latest variation is Espresso Brillante.  

This style of espresso is commonly enjoyed in Northern Europe, especially in the Scandinavian countries. We start with a blend of Costa Rican and Brazilian coffees and roast them just a little higher than our other espresso so that the complex coffee flavors inherent in the beans remain pronounced. Brillante is the brightest blend that we offer producing a deliciously tart and snappy cup. If you like espresso, you will love this coffee.

Bold and beautiful!

I bought this to make Espresso in my daughters new fancy Breville Oracle while visiting in Birmingham. We opened the bag and she immediatly commented on the beautiful aroma and dark color. She was impressed and said it appeared fresher than were normal beans. Upon first tastes, eyebrows were raised and a big smile appeared! Dad hit a home run! I became a barista overnight making coffee for everyone in the house. No bitterness and lots of flavor!
